Where we deliver to

We dispatch to the following EU countries: Germany, France, Italy, the Netherlands, Luxemburg, Greece, Spain, Austria, Portugal, Finland, Sweden and Denmark. You must pay any additional customs duty, as we have no control over these charges, nor can we calculate them in advance. Our delivery charges within the European Union do not included VAT, in compliance with relative European Union legislation.

Delivery times

We use an express courier service for our deliveries that usually delivers within 48 hours (working days).
Please also bear in mind that orders must be processed through our warehouse: this takes a maximum of 3 working days. We dispatch from Monday to Friday, excluding national bank holidays. You will be sent a confirmation e-mail when your order is dispatched.

Cost of transport

We have an agreement with the courier for a single territorial rate, in order to guarantee the best delivery price: 54.00 euros per parcel per delivery using TNT economy.
Payment method
We accept Visa, Visa Electron, Eurocard-Mastercard and American Express; your card’s sensitive data are processed by suppliers of the interbank services on their encrypted circuits. If you prefer to pay using other methods, please write to: info@trakonline.com

Right to withdrawal

The articles for sale on www.trakonline.com are subject to Italian law as laid down by Legislative decree 206/05 (Consumer Code), which means the consumer can withdraw from the sale within ten days from receipt of the product. The consumer has the right to return the goods purchased, intact, to the seller and to receive a refund of the purchase price.
RETURNS
1) make sure you have the following data:
original purchase document (invoice number and details) or transport bill,
bank coordinates for the refund (ABI and CAB codes, current account details of person the invoice is made out to).
2) Send a registered letter with advice of receipt, stating your written signed intent to withdraw from the sale, including all the above-mentioned data.
3) Carefully pack up the goods in their original packaging to protect from damage
4) Send the goods free port (you must pay for the transport) to the following address:

Quantus Srl will refund the amount paid on the invoice, excluding accessory charges (art. 67, paragraph 3, Legislative Decree 206/05) within 30 working days.

Articles for sale on www.trakonline.com are guaranteed in compliance with the European Directive 1999/44/EC dated 25.05.1999, article 5.
