1.
Stop the car and put on the handbrake. Unlatch the rubber tensioner on the yellow chain from the red steel latch on the cross.

Push the centre of the cross towards the wheel rim with one hand and use the other to unlatch the yellow chain and pull it off the rim.

3.
Unblock the fixing system from the wheel rim by turning the rod with the red knob on its end anti-clockwise. Then turn the hand wheel. Pull the fixing system off the wheel bolt.

4.
Pull the two arms of the cross hard off the rim and lay them on the ground.

5.
Get back in the car, move it, pick up the chain.
